1. How long does it take for people to start seeing results?

It varies from person to person but on average people start to see results in usually one week to two weeks, some people have seen results as soon as 2 -3 days.
2. Are the products safe for everyone?
   Yes, the products are safe for all ages. They contain all natural ingredients. People with sensitive skin should use the product only once a day. Product can also be used during pregnancy of nursing.
3. How does the product work?
   The products work by effectively destroying the infestation of the human demodex parasite. They also replenish and revitalize the important elements that makes up healthy skin. The active ingredient Seabuckthornoil will help speed up the healing process as well as repair the damage done by scarring.
4. How long do you need to keep using the product?
   Most people once they start use the soap will never stop using it. But it may not be something you need to use twice daily, it may only have to be used once daily. Some people use it as maintenance 2-3 times a week to prevent the re-occurrence of the infestation of the Human demodex parasite.
5. Do you use the products only on your face?
   No, the products can be used on any area of the body, for a variety of sking ailments eg. acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, weak or fine hair, premature hair loss and many other skin ailments.
6. Can the products be used with other medication?
   Yes, they can be used with other medications. It is advises to the customers that if they are having any irritation they should discontinue one of the treatments and focus on only one treatment at a time.
7. What skin conditions are the products used for?
   Face Doctor products are used for skin conditions ranging from Rosacea, Acne, Eczema and Psoriasis. They have also been used for Diaper Rash and Cradle Cap for babies.
8. Which products should I use?
   We normally recommend starting with the Face Doctor Complexion Soaps first. If after 2-3 weeks you do not notice any significant difference in your complexion or if you have a severe case we would recommend using the Face Surgeon along with the Face Doctor Soap. It contains a higher concentration of seabuckthorn oil and borax which is a stronger cleanser.
9. How long before I see a difference?
   On average it takes about 5-7 days to notice a difference. Because all skin types are different some may experience results quicker while others may take a little longer.
10. Will the Face Doctor soap help reducing the size of my pores?
    Yes, the active ingredient seabuckthorn oil will help enlarged pores and fine lines as well.
11. Can I use a moisturizer with the soap?
    Yes you can, however we recommend waiting for about a half hour after using the soap to allow your pores to close up so you do not have any irritation.
12. Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
    Yes, we recommend using the soap once a day and start off by leaving the lather on for about 10 seconds the first time you wash and increase that lather time according to how your skin reacts.
13. Is it normal for my acne to get worse when starting to use the Face Doctor Soap?
    In some cases, your condition will become worse, it is called purging. It might not happen but if it does just continue using the product and it will subside.
