TWO HOURS PRIOR to the time you desire to be clean, begin taking 4 capsules with a 10 ounce glass of water every 24 minutes until all product is consumed.
If you weigh over 180 lbs. you may wish to drink 12 ounces of water every 24 minutes instead.
Desired results can be obtained up to 4 hours from the time you have completely taken Quick Caps.
