Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) refers to a group of positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid, which are found primarily in meat and dairy products. CLA has been shown in a number of studies to have a wide variety of benefits with regards to the immune system, cardiovascular protection, blood sugar maintenance, lipid profiles and body composition.
Sesame lignans have been shown to stimulate fatty acid oxidation in the liver, and help stimulate lipolysis (fat breakdown).
This CLA formulation contains guarana with caffeine. Those who are hypersensitive to caffeine should take not take this product.
Super CLA Blend is a concentrated blend of free fatty acids derived from safflower oil. Super CLA Blend consists of a minimum of 78% conjugated linoeic acid yielding optimal levels including the two active isomers C18:2 c9, t11 and C18:2 t10, c12, and minimiziing the inactive isomers, ensuring a consistent isomer profile.
Directions: Take 3 softgels daily with meals. Can be taken in divided doses or all at once.
