Canceling An Order
An order cannot be canceled once it has been sent to our warehouse to be shipped. To cancel an order, please call our customer service department at 888-828-8228. We do accept cancellation through email, however, we are not responsible for not able to cancel an order in time due to a lost or delayed email.

Back Orders
Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than two business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you.

Return Policy and Guarantee

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges). Only one opened item of the entire order is eligible for return. All other items must be in the original factory sealed container for refund.
• If for any reason you wish to return an item please call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 days. We must receive the returning package within 10 days after the Return Authorization Number is issued, otherwise, the package will be rejected.
• Refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the authorized return.
• Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered an unauthorized return and are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.
• If you were not originally charged for full shipping because your order was over $100, shipping will be charged if any item from that order is returned and the adjusted total becomes less than $100.
• Return of the same item of quantity 6 or more is subjected to a 15% restocking fee. We recommend you to try a product first before ordering 6 or more at a time.
• Although we try very hard to keep the product information up-to-date, occasionally, the manufacturer changes the name and the packaging of a product. If the ingredients and the serving remain the same, we are not responsible for any return or refund due to the name and packaging change.
• There are no refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order. We recommend that if you order more than one of any item that you do not open every item until you are prepared to use it. This will help maintain freshness and allow you to return the un-open items for a refund if they do not work out for you.

Any purchase made under terms of special pricing of Final Sale under Tao of Herbs $5 Deal, $10 Deal or Special Overstock promotion will be considered final with no option for return or refund. Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling is only $5.99 per order via USPS First Class/Priority Mail (for package up to 2 lbs.) or $8.99 via UPS Ground (regardless of weight) within the Continental United States. Orders addressed to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska will only be shipped via USPS Mail. Express shipping is also available for additional charges.

Free Shipping
Order of $100 or more is eligible to receive free Super Saver Shipping. Depending on shipping weight and location, we might ship via UPS or Post Office First Class/Priority Mail to a physical address in the continuous 48 states. (Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, PO Box and international addresses.)

Order with wrong shipping address shipped through UPS is subjected to a $10 address correction fee. Please double check you shipping address during checkout.

A $10 fee will be charged for any order that was shipped through UPS and got returned back to us after three delivery attempts made by UPS.

We are not responsible for lost/missing packages due to an incorrect address. Please make sure that the shipping address given to us is correct. In an event that the package is missing/lost due to an incorrect address, we will not issue any refund and will not resend the package.

For package over 1 lb, we may ship it via UPS even if US Postal Service was originally selected without any additional charge to the customer.

International Orders

Customer is solely responsible for knowing the importation policy of dietary supplement of the Ship-To country. Customer is solely responsible for any customs fee and duty taxes. Any delay or lost of the package due to customer’s failure to pay customs fee and taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. Any delay or lost of the package due to the Ship-To country’s importation policy will be the customer’s responsibility. An order returned to us by the Ship-To country’s customs would be treated as an unauthorized return and subject to a 15% restocking fee. The shipping charge is not refundable.

It may take 6 – 10 months for a package to be return to us by the Ship-To country’s customs. We must receive the returning package before issuing any refunds.
