Astragalus is considered an important adaptogen helping the body regain healthy balance. Traditional Chinese herbalism uses it to support the immune system and boost energy.
Ingredients: astragalus root, leaf and flower, red peony root, flowery knotweed (He shou wu), Chinese yam, wolfberry leaf, tender green tea leaf, and jasmine flower
Suggested Usage: For hot tea Steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes. For Ice tea Steep in hot water and refrigerate. Use 2-4 bags a day.
