Suggested Usage:
Spring Filtered Water. A relaxed enviornment. The herbs in all of the Celebration Herbal Teas are delicate. To ensure that your tea has its maximum medicinal properties and flavour, be sure that your water is at a rolling boli when u pour it over your teabags.
One teabag per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 7-12 minutes. Enjoy!
