Quercetin is a flavonoid that is found in a wide variety of vegetables and herbs such as tea, broccoli, red apples and onions. Preliminary research suggests that Quercetin inhibits the production of histamines in the body. Studies show that the efficacy of Quercetin is boosted when combined with Vitamin C, which also modulates histamine levels.
N-acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a natural amino acid derivative, which has the ability to break down mucous. It increases the levels of the antioxidant, glutathione to help normal cell function and liver function.
