PeptACE is composed of a mixture of 9 highly purified small peptides (proteins) derived from bonito fish (a member of the tuna family) free from heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants. Studies have shown that PeptACE promotes healthy blood pressure already within normal range.
PeptACE peptides work to lower blood pressure by inhibiting ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme). This enzyme causes a reaction that increases both the volume of blood flowing through arteries and the degree of constriction of the blood vessels — like pinching off a garden hose while turning up the flow of water full blast! By inhibiting the action of this enzyme, PeptACE helps relax arterial walls and reduce fluid volume, effectively lowering blood pressure.
