This superfruit consists of an inner white flesh that has a sweet and tangy flavor, with a dark purple, bitter, and leathery outer rind. It is in the tough outer rind of the fruit where polyphenols, including the xanthones and tannins can be found. These polyphenols, are responsible for the fruit's survival properties. Genesis Today uses a special proprietary blending process to ensure we receive the beneficial antioxidants contained within the rind. Suggested Use:
