Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 teaspoon (1,200 mg) once or twice a day between meals (avoid on full stomach) with a small amount of water (1 tablespoon). For better assimilation and taste, mix 1/4 tsp. of royal jelly with 1/2 tsp. of honey. Never mix with anything hot.
