Description:
Natural Progesterone Cream from Wild Yam (from Mexico) with chaste tree berry and gentle balancing herbs.
Directions:
Use 2X daily monthly. 1 full pump dispenses about 1.3 g of USP Micronized Natural Progesterone (22-27 mg) 500 mg per oz. This container yields approximately 65 pumps. Rotate areas of cream between arms, face, chest, hands, or thighs. Day one is first day of menstrual flow. Helps improve elasticity. Press 1/2 pump for 1/8 tsp. Self adjust to your needs.
Menstruating (Ovulating): Begin on day 14 to day 27. 1/2 to 3/4 tsp.
Peri-Menopause: Begin on day 7-12 to day 27. 1/4 to 3/4 tsp.
Non-Menstruating: Any three weeks. Stop for 7 days. 1/8 to 1/2 tsp.
