The 2oz. dropper bottle makes taking the tonic daily very easy, we recommend using 1 dropper full directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water. One dropper full is equal to ½ teaspoon. There are approximately 24 servings in a 2oz. (59.1mL) dropper bottle.
