What is the best way to consume the kernels?
While many people enjoy eating them right out of the bag, some will find them a little bitter. If they are a little too bitter for you we recommend adding them to your favorite foods; they are especially delicious on steamed vegetables, fruits, soups or mixed into a tasty smoothie. They are also great when mixed into cold cereal or yogurt.
How many should you eat?
While everyone's nutritional needs are different, it is not recommened to consume more than three kernels per hour and no more than 10 kernels in one day unless otherwise instructed.
